Paul McCarty, Eng. Tech, President, Sr. Project Manager
In 1984, Paul completed his engineering education at Niagara College, Continuing Education Division, St. Catharines and Mohawk College, Hamilton. He also completed the Canadian Industrial Management (CIM) program. His windows / entrances experience began in 1984 with Alumicor Ltd where he held the position of Sales/Project Manager for Northern Ontario Region. In 1991 he joined Alcan Building Products where he created / managed the newly formed Institutional Window Division. His responsibilities included; the re-design and implementation of Alcan Aluminum's window product line for introduction to the Institutional market place as Alcan's Ontario Sales / Project Manager In 1995, Paul started KTS Consulting and Project Management Inc in an effort to provide comprehensive, up-to-date consulting assistance to the Institutional client market. At KTS, he and his dedicated staff are focused on providing the highest possible level of professional service.
Dan Winarski, B.Sc.
Dan invaluable experience evolves 37 years in the roofing, waterproofing and building envelope industries. He is fully registered and certified by leading industry organizations with credentials 'second to none' in Canada. His designations include: RRC (Registered Roof Consultant), RRO (Registered Roof Observer), RWC (Registered Waterproofing Consultant), REWC (Registered Exterior Wall Consultant), Certified Roof Technologist and RBEC (Registered Building Envelope Consultant). With his valuable experience and specific building envelope expertise, we are extremely fortunate to have Dan on our KTS Team.
Doug began with KTS in 1995. His valuable contributions include; his knowledge and experience in project evaluation, condition assessments and excellent managerial skills. Prior to his responsibilities with KTS, Doug held positions in the structural engineering field including; structural and architectural drawing review for reinforced concrete building structures, reinforcement detailing and CAD operation. Doug has proven to be a very knowledgeable and dedicated asset to the company.
Ronald Simmonds,B.A., Project Manager
Ron brings to our company over 30 years experience in
administration, finance and sales. As a vital member of our staff, Ron's multi functional duties include: site surveys, pre-project coordination, pre-construction liaison and assistance in final window/entrance project inspections. We are very pleased to have him in our KTS family.
We are very pleased to have as our Associate, a masterful
P. Eng. specializing in; building envelope, structural design &
condition assessment re: balcony railings, foundation walls
and exterior facades, as well as, window and curtain wall design.

Maya has been with KTS as our Office Administrator since
2003. Her functions include: accounting receivable/payables,
processing of contractor C.O.P.'S, office book keeping &
general office administration. We are so pleased to have her
excellent organizational skills for so many years.
We are also pleased with having Mary with us for the last five years. Here duties include: common secretarial tasks and on-going office organization.
